What Are the Penalties for Prostitution-Related Offenses?

If you engaged in prostitution or solicited for prostitution, you can be charged with a misdemeanor. If you are found guilty of soliciting a person under 18 years of age, you will be charged with a felony offense, which is punishable by up to 4 years in prison.
